1952
Mehmet Soycan and his 7 partners bought a truck in Bolu as a local entrepreneur.

1957
The first sole proprietorship was established.

1960
Çağ Kolektif company was officially established to carry out domestic oil trade.

1966
Soycanlar collective company was established to serve as a regional dealer in auto spare parts, tractor and automotive.

1970
Çağ Nakliyat A.Ş. was sold and its capital transferred to Istanbul. It served as one of the largest employers in the region until the day it was sold.

1983
Çağ Nakliyat A.Ş.’nin satışı yapılıp, sermayesi İstanbul’a aktarıldı. Satıldığı güne kadar bölgenin en büyük işverenlerinden biri oldu.

1984
After the sale, Soycan family initiated a new organization in Istanbul to carry out international transportation. Mustafa Soycan and his partners founded Çağ Uluslararası Nakliyat Ltd. Şti.

1998
After Mustafa Soycan, the co-founder of the company passed away, Yılmaz Soycan, son of Mustafa Soycan took over the management of the company. It means that Yılmaz Soycan undertook the third-generation management of the company when he was 22.

2000
Upon taking over the shares of all shareholders of the company, Yılmaz Soycan became the controlling shareholder.

2015
Çağ Uluslararası Nakliyat changed its nature and became Çağ Lojistik A.Ş. With the third-generation management, the potential of the company to conduct business increased incrementally with the family-gained experiences and the contemporary technology and innovation. Besides, international partners who joined the company brought the business-conducting potential which was rapidly increasing to the utmost level. With the active performance achieved with the international partners, it has become a giant company conducting business in a wide geography from Austria to Kazakhstan.
